I am originally from a small town in Northern Ohio. I left Ohio to serve in the US Army as a Blackhawk Helicopter Repairer. I proudly obtained her real estate license in 2021 after 3 years and a Condominium and Homeowner's association manager. In January 2023, I obtained my Broker's license. I have dedicated my time to learning, growing and educating myself to becoming a strong advocate for my buyers and a marketing expert for my sellers. I have obtained my certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist, Master Certified Negotiator, Relocation Expert as well as working with one of the best business coaches, Krista Mashore to become a Digital Marketing Expert. I am a graduate of Hopkinsville Community College with multiple degrees in Arts & Sciences. My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 30 years with four children have relocated throughout the Southeast for over twenty years while Jeff served in the Army. We chose our forever home location of Guyton, GA in 2014. Jodi enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for the Girl Scouts, traveling and gardening.
